Main structure of the vehicle body

U-Shaped Integrated Body
Unlike boxy cargo beds, the rounded bottom eliminates sharp corners, preventing materials like mineral powder or wet soil from sticking and ensuring clean unloading. The entire body is constructed from Q355 high-strength manganese steel, featuring a thickened, wear-resistant floor plate and double-reinforced side walls to withstand heavy impacts from ore.
Welding and Sealing
Features seamless full-seam welding and a hydraulically locked tailgate; the tailgate locks automatically and opens in sync with the lifting mechanism to completely prevent material leakage or spillage. The exterior is finished with a multi-layer anti-rust epoxy primer and industrial-grade grey topcoat, providing corrosion resistance suitable for high-salinity environments in coastal ports.
Body Configuration
Integrated tie-down points are provided along the top for easy tarp securing; integrated anti-slip tread steps on the sides facilitate maintenance and cleaning; a rear-mounted bracket accommodates a full-size, heavy-duty spare tire.

Axle Configuration
Equipped with four 16-ton capacity FUWA heavy-duty axles-genuine OEM parts with widely available replacements overseas, ensuring easy maintenance. The wheel hubs feature a reinforced, heavy-duty design to withstand long-term overloading conditions.
Suspension System
Mechanical suspension featuring multi-leaf, reinforced steel springs (no air suspension, as mechanical systems offer lower failure rates and better serviceability in regions with limited air suspension support). This system provides robust shock absorption and load-bearing capacity, ensuring durability on rugged, pothole-ridden mining roads.
Tire Specifications
Standard-equipped with 12R22.5 heavy-duty tubeless tires. These brand-new tires offer high load capacity, wear resistance, and puncture resistance, complying with international road load regulations.
Support Components
Front-mounted, dual-linked heavy-duty manual landing legs, each capable of supporting over 28 tons, allowing the trailer to stand independently when parked. Features a standard 2-inch JOST kingpin, compatible with the vast majority of tractor units worldwide.
