Structure
Frame: It is usually composed of longitudinal beams, cross beams, and front and rear end beams welded together. The longitudinal beams are often made by submerged arc welding of 16Mn steel plates into I-shapes. The cross beams are formed by stamping steel plates into groove shapes, and the front and rear end beams are welded into rectangular cross-sections.
Locking Device: There are twist-lock devices at the four corners of the loading area to secure the containers. Generally, there are 2 or 3 sets of locks on each side, which can firmly connect with the corner fittings at the bottom of the containers, ensuring the stability of the containers during transportation.
Suspension System: Available in single-axle, double-axle, and triple-axle suspension types. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 spare tire holders and spare tire lifters, effectively buffering vibrations and impacts during driving to ensure smooth transportation.
Performance Features
Lightweight Design: Made of high-strength steel, the design minimizes the body weight while ensuring vehicle strength. This significantly reduces fuel consumption and operating costs, making it more cost-effective for long-distance transportation.
High Reliability: Through structural optimization and finite element analysis, the structure at stress-concentrated parts is further refined. This enables the vehicle to have higher reliability and adapt to various complex road conditions and transportation tasks, ensuring safe and stable transportation.
High-Efficiency Operation: Specifically designed for container transportation, it can be used repeatedly for a long time with sufficient strength. When transporting goods in containers, loading can be directly carried out in the shipper's warehouse, and unloading can be done in the consignee's warehouse. During transfer between different vehicles or ships, there is no need to remove the goods from the containers for reloading, greatly improving transportation efficiency.
