Full Description
This 136-2422 track idler serves as the front idler for Caterpillar 336, 336D, 320, 320B, 320C and 320D excavators. It guides the track and maintains proper track tension during operation.
The idler wheel is cast steel with tread surface heat treatment to boost hardness and wear resistance. It adopts a robust multi-layer sealing system to block mud, sand and water, protecting the internal bearing and avoiding oil leaks. Precision machining ensures good fit, keeps the track aligned and lowers the chance of track derailment on tough job sites.
