High power density, compact and lightweight structure
The K5V200DPH adopts a semi-cylindrical inclined disc design, which not only achieves higher pressure levels but also significantly reduces the pump body weight, shrinks the installation size, and significantly increases the output power per unit mass. The dual-parallel structure eliminates the traditional transfer case, resulting in higher transmission efficiency, a more compact overall layout, and is easier to integrate and install within the limited cabin space of large excavators.

High efficiency and strong self-priming capability
This pump adopts a spherical oil distribution plate and optimizes the hydraulic balance design, making the rotational posture of the cylinder body more stable. Even under low pressure and low rotational speed conditions, it can still maintain high volumetric efficiency. The maximum self-priming speed reaches 1,850 min⁻¹ (it can be increased to 2,200 min⁻¹ when equipped with a booster), ensuring reliable oil suction even under harsh conditions such as high altitudes or low temperatures, and avoiding cavitation damage.

Long service life and high reliability
The K5V200DPH is equipped with main bearings with high load capacity and adopts a plunger return mechanism that compensates for the wear of the sliding shoe, effectively extending the service life of the core friction pair. The end face of the cylinder body adopts a dual-metal oil distribution disk friction pair design, with a planar oil distribution method that maintains the stability of the hydraulic thrust force on the cylinder body, and has stronger wear resistance and anti-pollution ability, capable of withstanding the severe tests of heavy load impacts and continuous high-temperature operations in mines.

The control method is flexible and highly adaptable.
The K5V200DPH supports various variable control methods such as power control, negative flow control, and pressure cut-off, and can accept mechanical, hydraulic or electrical signal inputs. The pump body has 4 high-pressure oil ports, and the rear end can be connected in series with a gear pump or a pilot pump to meet the multiple needs of large excavators for compound actions and pilot supply of oil. The installation flange, spline shaft and oil port layout strictly follow OEM standards, allowing for direct replacement of the original machine assembly, making maintenance and replacement convenient.
