A: Our trucks are primarily sold in the following markets:
① Africa, including Nigeria, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Congo, etc.;
② South America, including Venezuela, Peru, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Barbados, Guatemala, Guyana, etc.;
③ Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan;
④ Southeast Asia: the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia, etc.

A: Typically, we assist in shipping the vehicles to the destination port. We mostly use bulk carriers for transportation, unless the port does not accommodate them, in which case we use roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) ships.
If you have your own partnered shipping company, we can only provide an FOB (Free On Board) quote, delivering the vehicles to the port of shipment. Your freight forwarder will then handle the loading and transportation. The shipping time depends on the distance to the destination port.

A:Generally, the delivery time is about 25 days. Some models can be delivered within 15 days. For specific delivery times, please contact our customer service.

4.How do we ensure the vehicles arrive in the customer's country after payment?
To demonstrate our sincerity, we are willing to accept a 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit. When the vehicles are ready, we can provide a video for you to confirm their condition. Alternatively, you may send someone to inspect the vehicles. Once you are satisfied, please pay the remaining 70% balance, and we will proceed with shipment.

A:I assure you that all vehicles sold to you are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and all wiring are in proper condition.
If you need to replace any parts in the future, we will provide components at below-market prices. Additionally, we offer technical support, as we have our own factory and technical team.
