Product Overview
The non-lifting single steel trailer support leg, also known as static parking landing gear, adopts an independent single-leg structure. It has no gear lifting mechanism and cannot lift the trailer load. It is only used for static support after the trailer is unhitched to keep the trailer stable and prevent tipping over.
It is integrally welded with thickened high-strength steel plate and finished with black anti-rust painting. Multiple rows of adjustment holes are arranged on the side, matched with a positioning pin connected by a chain. The support height can be quickly adjusted by manually pulling and inserting the pin. Featuring simple structure and high durability with low failure rate, it is widely suitable for container skeleton trailers, flatbed semi-trailers, box trailers, engineering trailers and so on.
Working Principle
The support leg is welded and fixed on the side of the trailer main beam. By using positioning holes at different heights, operators can adjust the extension length of the inner tube manually via the pin shaft to land the base for load bearing.
It only provides static support and cannot jack the trailer off the ground by hand crank. After unhitching, the leg bears the trailer's dead weight to keep the vehicle body level and stable. Retract the leg when connecting the trailer to the tractor for normal driving.
