Recently, the ZAT40000H7 crawler crane of Zhonglian Heavy Machinery successfully entered the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Anse, Yan'an. It has strongly supported the large-scale lifting construction of the project, completely solving the problems of wind turbine installation in the mountainous areas of northern Shaanxi, and significantly accelerating the installation efforts of wind turbines.

It is known that the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Anse, Yan'an is a key new energy project in the local area. It is also a core project for optimizing the regional energy structure and implementing the "dual carbon" strategy. It is of great significance for promoting the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the Yan'an revolutionary old base area. Currently, the foundation pouring construction of the project's wind turbines has been fully completed, and a large number of wind turbines have officially entered the centralized installation stage. Due to the complex terrain of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi, the original tower crane equipment of the project has limitations in terms of carrying capacity and operation radius, which cannot meet the requirements for simultaneous construction at multiple sites, resulting in low construction efficiency and obstruction to the progress of the project. To break through the construction bottleneck, the project team introduced the ZAT40000H7 super-large tonnage crane from Zongtong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., and fully seized the limited construction window in the mountainous area.
As a benchmark-sized heavy equipment of China Link Heavy Industry, the ZAT40000H7 crawler crane boasts powerful performance and excellent adaptability to various scenarios. It demonstrates significant advantages in challenging work conditions such as operations in mountainous areas and narrow sites, as well as precise lifting at heights. The equipment features excellent stability during lifting and high positioning accuracy, effectively avoiding safety risks in mountainous construction and significantly reducing the installation time for a single wind turbine. It provides strong support for multi-machine parallel and efficient construction. Leveraging the equipment's robust performance, the project team simultaneously optimized the transportation routes, coordinated various resources including personnel, machinery, and materials, streamlined the entire construction process of component transportation, equipment assembly, and whole-machine lifting, achieved seamless connection of all processes, and accelerated the construction pace of the project.

The hoisting operation of Project K01 was carried out smoothly throughout the process, with a standardized construction procedure. This fully demonstrated the reliable quality and powerful construction capabilities of the ZAT40000H7 equipment from China National Heavy Machinery. With the full implementation of the multi-point simultaneous construction mode, the equipment continuously releases its mountain construction capacity, ensuring the timely delivery of each project node. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent electro-hydraulic control system, with precise micro-motion control and sufficient safety margins against side winds and overturning. It can fully utilize the scattered and suitable hoisting periods in mountainous areas to ensure the smooth, safe and controllable installation of large components at heights.
Previously, the Zhonglian Heavy Machinery ZAT40000H7 crawler crane has been deployed in several national-level key new energy projects such as the Taian'an Wind Farm in Liaoning Province and the Jiuquan Wind Farm in Gansu Province. With its excellent equipment quality, it has successfully overcome various complex lifting conditions. In the future, Zhonglian Heavy Machinery will rely on its mature equipment performance and rich engineering practical experience to continuously empower the construction of key new energy projects in the country, such as wind power and photovoltaic, and contribute to the large-scale and high-quality development of the clean energy industry. It will also continue to provide strong equipment support for the implementation of the "carbon neutrality" goal of the country and the upgrading of regional green industries.
