Taking earthmoving machinery as an example, due to the long-term exposure to harsh working conditions such as high temperatures and high dust in the open-pit mines in the region, China United Heavy Machinery launched a customized gold mining model, the ZE385GPro excavator. This product was specially designed for the harsh working conditions in the mining area, equipped with a customized large torque direct injection engine, which is more suitable for African oil products than electronic injection, matched with a large-displacement pump valve and large-capacity rock bucket, achieving industry-leading excavation efficiency; it is equipped with an oil bath type air filter, which has a longer maintenance cycle and is suitable for high dust environments; the water disperser and intercooler work independently, easily coping with a 50℃ environment; a dedicated reinforced large-sized chassis, reinforced working device, reinforced slewing system, standard wide tracks, inverted bucket cylinder, and adapted to the harsh working conditions of gold mines.
