The maximum driving speed is 80 km/h, the maximum climbing slope is 40%, the minimum turning radius is 12 meters, and the minimum ground clearance is 291 millimeters. The outrigger span is 5.91 meters longitudinally and 6.9 meters laterally, ensuring stable support during operation.

Lifting capacity
The maximum rated lifting capacity of XCMG QY50K is 50 tons, and the maximum rated lifting moment is 1764 kN·m. The basic arm of the five-section telescopic main lifting arm is 11.3 meters long, and the fully extended arm is 42.7 meters long. Combined with a 15-meter truss-type auxiliary lifting arm, the maximum lifting height can reach 57.7 meters. The minimum working radius is 3 meters, the full extension time of the lifting arm is 180 seconds, and the full lifting/landing time is 88 seconds. This model adopts a special four-axle truck chassis and double H-shaped legs, with a fifth leg at the front, enabling 360° full-circle lifting operations. The proportional control technology of the先导液 ensures precise and smooth movements, significantly improving operational efficiency.

The boom system of XCMG QY50K adopts two patented technologies - embedded sliders and insertable boom heads - along with a "U"-shaped cross-section boom design. This structure can optimize the force distribution of the boom and reduce the peak stress in specific areas, effectively enhancing the stability and safety of the operation. The proprietary telescopic technology aims to reduce the risk of core tube bending, cylinder bending or boom breakage due to improper operation. The entire machine is designed in a modular manner, making component replacement and maintenance more convenient. The torque limiter is equipped with a color LCD display, enabling intelligent fault diagnosis. The cab and control room are spacious, featuring an integrated large-view design, a fully covered walkway board, providing a comfortable working environment for the operators.

Global Practical Cases
The reliability of XCMG QY50K has been fully verified in extremely harsh working conditions worldwide. During the construction of a power plant near the capital of Jordan, Amman, the QY50K and QY25K5, which were produced in 2008, served as the main equipment. With a 100% attendance rate, they became the "model representatives" and promptly delivered the steel structure project and the fireproof building coating, earning strong praise from the client. In another warehouse construction project of 3,400 square meters, the QY50K once again completed the task with "0" failures, performing exceptionally well.
The most representative example is this QY50K vehicle that was put into service in 2013 and was exported to Qatar for use as a project vehicle for the 2022 World Cup. It played a leading role in the Louṣār Stadium construction project undertaken by Chinese enterprises. After the completion of the construction of the venue, this QY50K vehicle made a rapid transfer of over 2,600 kilometers and participated in the project in the new capital of Egypt. In the construction environment of the tropical desert climate, it endured temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius for more than half of the year and continued to operate efficiently, truly deserving the title of a "distinguished vehicle".
