The exhibition, themed "Building Brands, Forging Quality, Pursuing Transformation", covers a total exhibition area of approximately 100,000 square meters. It features five core sections: complete vehicle exhibition area, auto parts exhibition area, dedicated exhibition area for new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, export-customized vehicle exhibition area, and used commercial vehicle trading and export exhibition area, covering core products across the whole industrial chain such as automotive chips, intelligent braking systems, lightweight new materials and battery swapping modules.
The scale of this exhibition has been further expanded, attracting more than 600 enterprises across the entire industrial chain to participate, including over 100 complete vehicle manufacturers and more than 500 component suppliers. Well-known domestic original equipment manufacturers such as Sinotruk, Dongfeng, FAW Jiefang, Shaanxi Automobile Group and Beiben Trucks Group showcased their flagship products, while key component enterprises including Xiangyu Group, Guanzhou Group and Angang Group also took part in the exhibition. The exhibits cover complete vehicles, key components and cutting-edge technologies, including commercial vehicles, new energy vehicles, modified vehicles, axles, wheel hubs, outriggers, tires, oil cylinders, welding robots, new materials, and extend to cutting-edge fields such as AI robots.

During the exhibition, a series of activities will be held simultaneously, including the China (Liangshan) Commercial Vehicle and Parts Export Development Conference, the Shandong Automotive Industry Chain Targeted Procurement Matching Fair, the Seminar on Saudi Access for Semi-Trailers and Guardrails, the Shiyan-Liangshan Special Vehicle Industry Chain Supply-Demand Matching Fair for Industrial Chain Integration and Stabilization, and the Activity of Empowering Auto Shows with Traditional Culture. Cross-border livestreaming and cross-border e-commerce lectures will also be arranged to help enterprises connect with the international market.
As the only national-level exhibition in the national special vehicle industry hosted by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the China (Liangshan) Special Vehicle Exhibition has been successfully held for 22 consecutive sessions since 2005. The exhibition has won two honors, namely "China's Most Influential Brand Exhibition" and "China's Best Characteristic Exhibition", and is known as the weathervane for the development of China's special vehicle industry.
The China (Liangshan) Special Purpose Vehicle Exhibition has won wide recognition from the industry thanks to the continuous release of the local industrial agglomeration effect. After 44 years of development, Liangshan County's special purpose vehicle industry has formed a complete industrial cluster integrating research and development, production, inspection, sales, logistics and distribution, and used vehicle trading. At present, there are 143 enterprises listed in the special purpose vehicle announcement catalogue and 386 auto parts manufacturers, with an annual production capacity of 18 million pieces (sets) and a local supporting rate of over 70%. In the first half of 2026, the sales revenue of Liangshan County's special purpose vehicle industry reached 16.004 billion yuan, representing an increase of 25.79%. The growth rate of the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size ranked first in the city. The special purpose vehicle industry has become a key growth pole for Liangshan, driving the development of the entire chain covering manufacturing, trade, logistics and foreign trade services.
In recent years, leveraging its strength as the country's largest full-industry-chain cluster for special-purpose vehicles, Liangshan has proactively served the broader drive of high-standard opening-up. It has driven the transformation of the industry from exporting standalone products to a full-spectrum operation covering R&D and customization, clustered manufacturing, overseas deployment and localised services, and built a stable and controllable overseas regional supply chain system. Its vehicles are sold far to 122 countries and regions across Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and beyond. To date, local enterprises have established seven overseas factories in Russia, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Nigeria and other countries. Along the Belt and Road, more than 20 factories, 47 overseas warehouses and over 30 after-sales service stations have been put into operation. A globally oriented system for the production, warehousing and servicing of special-purpose vehicles has taken initial shape, demonstrating the strong resilience of the industrial and supply chains of county-level manufacturing as they venture into global markets.
