Material quality standards:
Frame longitudinal beam: Made of high-strength steel with a tensile strength of ≥ 510mpa, the material supplier shall provide a material list that complies with gb/t1591 regulations.
Suspension system spring steel: Comply with gb/t1222 technical specifications, and rubber components must pass gb/t528 tensile strength testing.
Body panel: The thickness of the aluminum alloy material shall not be less than 3mm, and the surface shall be treated with anodizing. The thickness of the oxide film shall meet the aa15 anti-corrosion standard.
Structural strength verification:
Finite element simulation and physical testing: Using ansys software to simulate 2 million alternating loads on the gooseneck area, reinforcement plates need to be installed in the stress concentration zone.
Real vehicle roll stability test: The critical angle of lateral overturning under full load condition is ≥ 38 degrees.
Vertical static load test of traction pin seat: Load to 1.5 times the rated load and maintain for 30 minutes without plastic deformation.
Manufacturing process standards:
Welding process: Implement iso3834 international welding system certification, use double-sided forming technology for key welds, and control the weld height within the range of 0-2mm.
Final assembly process: Use a laser positioning device to ensure that the parallelism error of the axle is ≤ 3mm/10m, and maintain the air pipeline sealing test pressure at 0.8mpa for 5 minutes without leakage.
Quality inspection process:
Key projects include spectral analysis of raw materials upon entry, x-ray inspection of welded joints, and testing of vehicle airtightness.
Road test stage: Conduct a comprehensive road condition test of 3000 kilometers, collect dynamic stress data of the vehicle frame, and ensure that the peak value of abnormal vibration does not exceed 80% of the allowable stress.
